Shipping & Handling

Orders will only ship once payment has been confirmed and recieved
Orders will usually be shipped within 2 days of reciept of payment or the next possible business day. If the item is out of stock, it can take a little longer.
Within Australia there is a flat rate of just $10 per order
International customers are welcome, please click the contact tab and a customer service representative will supply you with a quote for shipping. info@furkidstore.com.au
In the case of failed delivery Furkid Store will retain the items in their warehouse until new delivery arrangements can be made with the customer
Furkid Store will ship to the 1 address provided during the order process

General Returns Policy

To minimise avoidable exchanges, please ensure that you carefully read the information and description about the product you are purchasing. In particular, please measure your pet to ensure you purchase the correct size. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in selecting the right size for your pet.

Please note that due to strict health regulations, items cannot be exchanged or returned after use. Any item returned to us must be in its original condition – i.e. unused, with tags attached and all packaging in saleable condition. We do not offer refunds, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@furkidstore.com.au (within 7 days of receiving the item), and our helpful team will resolve the issue.
